ORDER
A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
There are a number of ways you can order repeat prescriptions:
- by handing your order into reception or posting it to the surgery.
- by telephone using the prescription line telephone number - 729182 Monday to Friday 10.30am - 12.30pm and 1.30 - 3.30pm.
- by email (see below).
Please allow two working days for your prescription to be processed. We suggest you order your medication at least 7-10 days before you run out.
HOW TO ORDER VIA EMAIL
Please only order medications which are on your repeat prescription list.
Remember to include your name, address and date of birth.
If you have a query on your medication please do not use email services. You should telephone the prescription line.
Orders will not be processed on public holidays or weekends but will be picked up as soon as we re-open.
